I have been involved in the realms of therapy for over thirteen years. These years include mentoring young women, counseling adolescent boys, one on one coaching, a bachelors in psychology, master classes in counseling, and certification in coaching. I have recently shifted my focus to women and issues surrounding life balance. My ultimate goal is to assist women in their achievement of life fulfillment and healthy living.
